CPU: AMD FX-8350/4.2G/8X
GPU: ASUS R9 270X
Memory: 8GB
Motherboard: ASUS M5A99X EVO

Current OBS Settings:

Base Resolution: 1920x1080
Resolution Downscale: 1.50 (1280x720)
Bitrate: 2500 - Buffer: 1500
FPS: 30
Filter: Bilinear(fastest)
x264 preset: Very fast

My CS:GO resolution 1024x768
I want to know if is good settings and what can I Improve

and also describe your problem or your actual question, because right now all we know are some settings you are using with the question if those are csgo stream settings... apparently every stream setting could be some csgo settings ;)

Those are good settings to start with, I don't know what the problem is.
