Question / Help CS:GO STREAM PROBLEM

Hi!

When I streaming CS:GO i have 160-300 FPS but seems it as if would be lower my fps or breaking the game a little.
My latency/ping is good. My choke and my loss is 0%.

my computer:
CPU: Intel Core i5-750 @ 3,7 GHz
RAM: Kingmax 8GB DDR3 1333MHz
Graphic: nVidia GTX 460 768mb GDDR5
Mainboard: ASRock P67 Transformer
HDD: SAMSUNG HD103SJ 1TB (SATA II, 7200RPM)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Internet: 15/3 Mbps

fps_max 100 ingame to get rid of the huge fps drops ingame .. you can also downscale your resolution you are streaming at a bit it wont make look your stream bad
