Question / Help CS:GO Stream problem

Hello,

I want streaming CS:GO.
My pc specs:
Videocard: nVidia GTX 460 768Mb
RAM: 8 Gb 1333Mhz
CPU: i5 750 @ 3,7 GHz

I want streaming in 1024x768.
Give me some suggestions please that how can I reach the best quality with this PC and internet.

I don't want streaming with more fps I just want better image quality.
Need to upgrade my videocard or anything for better quality?

You could bump up the bitrate a bit, maybe consider 2500 as a good value to start and from there you try higher values until your ping has spikes then lower it in 50 kbps steps to get the perfect bitrate. For better presets (better quality at the same bitrate but higher cpu usage) you should consider a cpu upgrade, also if you plan to get a newer/better gpu it would be better to upgrade the cpu.
