Ok so I have this issue where after like 5 minutes of streaming CS:GO the stream kinda freezes every few seconds. In game I don't feel laggy whatsoever, I get a constant 300 fps, but when I watch it back it freezes for a few seconds about every 10 seconds.
SPECS: i5 6500, Radeon R9 390, 8 GB's RAM.
Speed: 20 Download, 12 upload
Settings: Use CBR, 3000 Bitrate, x264 Encoder, Enable CBR padding off, Custom buffer size: 0, 60 fps.
If someone could help me out would really appreciate it.
Oh one thing I almost forgot, when I stream minecraft it doesn't do this. It looks good and with no lag when I watch the stream.
