Heya! Having trouble with sound capture in CS:GO. I am using asus xonar dg + roccat kave 5.1. in-game sound have on 1 (maximum) but on record it sounds like it's on 0.01. I disabled HF and GX on soundcard (it helped one guy from forums) but it changed nothing + sound multiplier from audio settings doesn't increase game sound aswell... Dunno what to do

Go in to xonar's control panel thing, and disable GX mode. (or is it XG? I can never remember). It's a little button on the bottom right I think, make sure it's set to off, then restart the programs (game/obs/etc) and try again.

oh, I'm terribly sorry about that. Ugh, I'm sorry, I go through posts and see "sound capture" and then see "xonar" and then think I'm all smart and them stop reading and respond with "gotta disable GX mode!"

Okay, so basically now that I've stopped being an idiot, you're saying it does record, but is just really low. Okay, hm. Do you use the windows sound volume? That can affect OBS. If you have volume on your windows sound low, it'll effect OBS as well I believe -- I would probably recommend trying to turn that up. Alternatively, you can use "desktop audio multiplier" in audio settings to multiply the audio sound for it.

No worries shit happens (: For all other games sound capturing pretty much fine. So problem is with CS:GO capture. CoD, LoL, BF4 all dis shit and others are fine. But not the CS:GO. That's the sad story.
