Hey guys, I've wanted to stream this game for a while but I can't seem to figure out what the problem is.
my specs are about average:
Processor - Intel® Core™ i5-4440 cpu @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz
RAM - 8.00 GB
Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce GT 635 (4 GB)
I picked the closest twitch server and running 2800 bitrate with a 5mb up.
For some reason it didnt log my 30 fps run... Hopefully its something that can be easily solved.
My screen res is 16:9 and I sized it down to 1280x720 with 30 fps but for some reason it keeps freezing every few seconds.

The main problem is probably your GPU. A Nvidia GT635 might be enough to run CSGO alone, but it also has to give that image data to OBS and OBS will use it as well. I think its a pretty cheap mainstream Chip thats not even meant for gaming in general.
Your CPU should be powerful enough for the chosen settings.

the gpu probably cant keep up with 720p60 you should try streaming 720p30 and see if that fixes your problems
