When i stream CS:GO i got screen tearing its
really annoying, i got 300 to 400 fps, when i stream got the same fps around 300
but my screen is lagging, it feels like i have 30hz. i play at 100hz
my setup
i5 4690k 3.5ghz didnt overclocked it.
geforce gtx 960 2GB
8 gb ram 1800mhz
got 3 to 400 fps ingame, i feel like that is not the problem.
my ingame resolution 1024x768
launch options
-freq 99 -refresh 99 -novid -threads 4
