Question / Help CS:GO OBS Settings for streaming

GPU: GTX 780 Ti
CPU: i7-4930K @ 3.4GHz
RAM: 32GB
Upload speed: 3Mbps
I'm running the game at 1920x1080; tried to reach a fairly acceptable quality (720p@45FPS) but to no avail kept getting pixelization ;_;

Also I'm trying to find settings that won't impact my ping ingame.

your upload speed is probably not enough, but you need to post your log from what you have tried so far.

Second, run this speed test for your region and post screenshotsof the results.
