Question / Help CS:GO Lagging on livestreams / recordings

For some reason CS:GO lags when I try to stream it or record it. I have no idea why cause Hearthstone works just fine.

Pretty much no one will download your Video, post an actual Twitch VOD or Youtube Link and provide a Logfile as well
