Question / Help CS GO is very choppy while streaming

Do you have any sort of Overlay Tool Running? That shows FPS or whatever?.

Do you have anything set in your CSGO Launchoptions?

Make sure you dont have your own Stream running in the Background or any other sort of a Flash Video.(especially not on 2nd Monitor)

So I completely reformatted my computer before reinstalling anything because I was getting the black screen glitch. I do not have anything that shows my fps or overlay tool. The only thing I have running when playing is my browser with faceit open. Nothing in my launchoptions and I never have my own stream running in the background.
