Question / Help CS:GO High Ping While Streaming

When I play CS:GO normally my ping is about 30-40. But when I'm streaming my ping is 150-200. My set bitrate on OBS is 3000 and I have a 4Mbps upload speed. I also have the stream running at 30 fps. So how can I fix the high ping?
