Question / Help CS GO high cpu usage

Hello!
I'm new here, I used to use OBS for recording League of Legends gameplays on forced 1080p because my resolution is 1440x900, 60 fps, everything maxed out, everything perfect on my video.
(I used it to record and not stream)
Now, I play CS GO and when i try to record, even on my native resolution, i get skipping FPS, a video which has no quality, stops every 3 seconds for like 2 seconds of the video and I've got an error, written in red of the bottom-right corner saying something like "CPU HIGH USAGE - LOWER SETTINGS"...
I've already searched here, google etc, but when I find someone using my hardware, it seems to work, but not for me..
I've tried many settings, none of them works.

my build:
GTX 960 3gb
i5-4690k 3.5ghz (boost to 3.9ghz)
8gb ram

Follow the guide properly, it'll actually likely give you better quality using ultrafast with settings from the guide than the faster settings you were using before.

thank you again, its perfect! just one problem atm, got sound delay like 0.5 sec, do you know how to fix it? can't find it out there.
