hi, im new here
anyone know why my csgo output lag while streaming or recording with csgo at fullscreen mode? but, if csgo at windowed mode, it wasn't lag in the output. in game was about over 60fps, but the output not (at fullscreen mode).

i use asus a455ld laptop :
core i3 4030u
nvidia gt820m 2gb
6gb ram
windows 10
some setting in obs :
