Question / Help CS:GO FPS DROPS AS SOON AS I OPEN OBS

Ok so my issue has already been reported back in 2018, in 2018 i didnt even had the issue... Everything was fixed but i keep having it... Did a fresh instalation 1 week ago, my pc is really not good but it runs at 170fps and when i open OBS boom 100 fps and when i move drops to 40...
