Question / Help CS:GO Crash when i start OBS stream or preview (game capture)

Can't stream CS:GO after reinstall my windows 7. Game crush just when i start capture.
I tried to start game full screen, windowed - it change nothing. I'm not using any Razer soft or other special soft, tried to check game cache (it change nothing). I'm also tried to capture other games (dota 2) and all is ok but there is troubles in csgo. Need your help!

try to lower your csgo settings all the way.

it doesn't factor. i tried every csgo setting but it still crash
