Question / Help CS:GO 200-300 fps and lagging/stuttering

Hello guys i was trying to stream Counter strike global offensive but for no reason game is unplayable looks like 10-30 fps for me but i checked fps while streaming and it is something like 150-300 so its really strange i change some settings and wont help.

judging by the log everything is fine except you are running vbr means you should check cbr since twitch wants you to anyway (cbr=constantbitrate)


since you are running game capture i would suggest disabling aero ... its not like game capture needs it but it might help with ingame performance


also make sure that you set 3 launch options on csgo.

-threads 4
-high
+fps_max 150

can be found by going to steam right clicking csgo->properties->set launch options
make sure you leave a space after every command
