Bug Report Crossbar settings not saving. WinTV-HVR-1250

I'm trying to stream the s-video input from my WinTV-HVR-1250. The issue I am having is the crossbar settings do not save when I click apply.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open OBS.
2. Add a new video capture device under sources.
3. Open the properties of the new source.
4. Click Open Crossbar.
5. Change the input, for me it would be "Video SVideo In" (happens with all of them).
6. Click Apply, and click OK.
7. Click Open Crossbar.
8. Input is back to it's previous setting.

The crossbar is a driver thing, OBS has no control over it.

This is a bug with OBS, not the driver. I tried OBS Studio, it remembers the crossbar selection for that session. I tried other recording software and they save their own settings just fine as well.
