Question / Help Crop and Movement

I want to move my video around the screen freely with my mouse and also be able to crop it, but I can't seem to figure it out. In this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3zbF_ot2M00 he seems to be able to direct his webcam in whichever way he wants, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the little read lines to appear around my video source so I can place it where I want and crop it how I want. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Click the Edit Scene button to allow moving sources. Hold Alt while dragging the edge of a source to crop it.
