Crippling hardware and crashing after a few minutes of streaming...12700k, 3080ti

Hey guys, I have been trying to stream Warzone and around the 5-minute mark, my game will drop from 180fps to 30fps, the stream will disconnect (crash) and I have to force close OBS for my PC to become stable again. No overclocks. I also ran the exact same streaming settings on a 10600k and 3080 with no issues.

I will attach the log files, but the only other thing I'm noticing is that sometimes the usage of Core #9 on my 12700k is about 90-100% at idle after the game has been closed, with the rest being only 10-30/40%. The other thing is that my PC keeps randomly switching to the balanced power mode, but for these logs, it was on high performance with 100% min and max processor states. The last thing is that after the stream crashes, in afterburner my GPU will go from its boost clock of 1950-2000, down to its base clock and stay there (1710). Temps are good, 40-50 degrees CPU and about 65 degrees GPU. All software updates have been performed.

Any help and I will be eternally grateful.
