Question / Help CRF or Averagebitrate for Hanbrake to YouTube

I was wondering, I tested the whole day around and I figured the Maximum bitrate for 1080p@FPS60 is about 5000-6000 kbs/s.

So I set up Handbrake accordingly with a VBVmax/buffer of 15000kb/s for future increase of bitrate, and to have a samller filesize, the rawsize was recorded with no bitrate limit(100k-200k kb/s) and a CRF=18

What I want to know now is, should I use CRF=18 in Hadnbrake aswell with the maxVBV of 15000kb/s or should I set a Averagebitrate? What could me give the better Quality on YT?

To sum it up:
Max Bitrate is set to Max 15000kb/s
What Qaulity setting to Use for best result on Youtube? CRF or Avg Bitrate and if AvgBitrate how much?
