Question / Help Creating only subtitled videos.

I wish to create a video but since I can't record any voice or insert voice (personal preference, not a bug), I choose to create a video where I explain only via subtitles (if you don't understand what I'm trying to say, please check out MagmaMusen's youtube channel). Is there a way to do it like that?

There's a feature where you can use text-to-speech to stream a subtitle track to platforms that support it.

Otherwise, that's usually a job for a video editing program, which OBS is not.
