Creating hundreds of browser sources

I have over 500 URL links in a spreadsheet that need to be browser sources with the same OBS settings for each. Tried formatting and then copying one then and paste duplicate for the rest, then just change only the unique URLs. But cannot do that, PASTE DUPLICATE is greyed out (why is it even there?) and PASTE REFERENCE will not result in unique browser source links.

Please tell me that there is an easy way to do this? Creating hundreds of browser sources and setting common parameters for each manually is not my idea of a good time.

Thought to look for a tool that would allow for example CSV import into an OBS scene collections JSON file, but don't see that anywhere.

What is your end goal? Adding 500 browser sources would be like opening 500 tabs in your browser. Not a good idea, you will likely encounter performance and memory issues.

Not opening them all at once. I will have dozens of different scenes and each scene will have a different subset of sources to display (~20). Will select ONE of the sources to be active from there. If I can get all my sources into OBS formatted the same, then will create smaller scene collections so all 500+ don't appear on the Scenes panel.

Let me come at this problem from another angle. I want to create hundreds of new sources all with common custom width, height, audio control settings, etc. Is there a way to set the DEFAULT values for new browser source so all I need to do is paste my unique URL into each new source and they all would be ready to go the way that I want?
For example, default height for new browser source is 600 - can I change that to another value somewhere?
