I'm developing a windows plugin for OBS studio (I'll post it when it will be completed) and the plugin needs the following things:
1) Adding hotkeys
2) Knowing when a recording begins and stops.
I read the source code, went through a few plugins for examples, and went through the forum, and I still don't know how to do those things. Can you please help?

Also getting the name of the file created when the recording starts would be nice, but not mandatory.
