Hello All,

I'm new here because I need to learn a new skill while working from home due to covid. I recorded a screen share on my pc that I want to email to clients but my iPad wont play it. How can I create a screen share that can be viewed over all devices? Can the default .mkv file be saved so that all devices can play it? Thank you for your help in advance.

This isn't really how it's working.
In a corporate or professional environment, the company provides resources that can be used for sharing of data. These resources are protected from unauthorized access. You put your data into such storage resources, then give your clients links to them. You always share links, never the data itself.
In a private environment, you can upload such data to public file sharing services. Videos can be uploaded to video streaming services, for example Youtube. Youtube or whatever video service you use, arrange for every client type, so you don't need to think about file formats. The latter is public, so be careful with what you upload. But in the end it's the same: you share links to the uploaded data.
Videos are seldomly shared in a corporate environment, except perhaps when you are in some kind of media production company.

Most video material is simply screen sharing during a telephone conference. In a professional environment you use telephone conference apps that can share voice as well as video, and if someone wants to show something, he simply shares his desktop during the conference and everyone can watch ad hoc.
