I'm currently trying to setup a school tv station/broadcaster for cheap, literally I need it to cost nothing and use all the kit we currently have access to (Livestream capable cameras, windows PC/Laptops and some other miscellaneous kit). I'm just wondering whether anyone knows whether this is advisable/possible. Cheers.
