Question / Help Created Video Is Acting... Strange

When I start the video and when I jump around the video using the play bar, the video will sometimes go almost completely black. This is occurring in both Windows Media Player and Movie Studio Platinum 13. Once rendered, a video created using clips recorded by OBS will have this same effect when the movie clip changes.

I'm using QuickSync H.264, Target Usage set to Quality, Keyframe Interval set to 3, Async Depth at 4, Constant Bitrate of 40,000.

as a workaround you can record to FLV and remux to MP4 in OBS Studio

ps. do you really need CBR for recording? QSV has great ICQ mode. try that with value 23, i prefer 27 but quality is bit worse

Thank you so much! Switching to ICQ fixed everything! I'll be sure to use that setting from now on!
