Question / Help Create or save scenes with NDI source, while feed is unavailable.

So, I'm working on a webcast, where I will have a couple of guests via Skype. NDI from Skype into OBS works fine, but once I create a scene with say 2 guests side by side, if that Skype call ends, and I lose the NDI feed, when I start a new Skype call and select the NDI sources, the windows are no longer sized or positioned correctly. Is there a way to save these scenes, so I select whatever NDI feed I want, and not need to rebuild the scenes for each skype call?
 
I am interesting in doing the exact same thing and you are addressing an exact problem I have (maybe not a problem, but something I don't know how to do). I am surprised this hasn't gotten an answer. If you figured this out, do you mind sharing how you set it up?
