OBS browser sources fail to load widgets from Donationalerts and Streamlabs (Network Error, Uncaught TypeError)
Hello, I have a serious problem with OBS browser sources, and I need your help.
Problem description:
I live in Ukraine (Kherson), and my OBS Studio (31.0.1) fails to load browser sources related to Donationalerts and Streamlabs Chatbox.
The problem started after reinstalling Windows. I first noticed it when OBS suddenly crashed during a live stream, sometimes with an error message and sometimes without one. I can stream for 40 minutes before it crashes, or sometimes it happens after just 20 minutes. The timing is always different.
I will attach logs and crash reports. I don’t know what else to do at this point.
Errors in logs:
[obs-browser: 'Donat'] Error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'user_id')
[obs-browser: 'Chat Streamlabs'] Error: Uncaught (in promise) Error: No available storage method found.
[obs-browser: 'Top 1 Channel'] Error: Uncaught (in promise) AxiosError: Network Error
What I tried so far:

What I tried so far:
- Fully reinstalled OBS (clean install, deleted obs-browser cache).
- Allowed obs-browser in Windows Firewall (it was blocked before).
- Launched OBS with --disable-gpu-sandbox.
- Opened Donationalerts widget links in Chrome – they load very slowly (~30 seconds).
- Opened the same links via VPN – they load instantly.
- Added ?no-cache=1 to widget URL, but Donationalerts rejected it (No tokens).
- A test donation works fine (notification appears in OBS), but logs still show user_id errors.
- Other widgets from Streamlabs (Chatbox) also fail with No available storage method found.
- Is there any way to force OBS to use a VPN/proxy for browser sources?
- Is OBS possibly blocking connections due to regional restrictions?
- Could the built-in CEF browser in OBS be causing these problems?
- Are there any alternative solutions to make Donationalerts work correctly?
