Question / Help Crazy noisy and off colors in game capture mode

Getting this strange problem with game capture. Some games don't matter because i play them in fullscreen windowed, but some games run a lot better in regular fullscreen. However, I get stuff that looks like this. It's supposed to just be a black screen with the menu options not green and noisy. Running in admin mode. Thanks!

yes this does happen with a few of my games too, this usually happens when you got the actual game set in windowed fullscreen(borderless) and you are using game capture mode to capture it. The other option is, usually when you got your game set to windowed fullscreen(borderless), its time to switch to window capture mode, then that problem won't be seen, when you switch your game to proper fullscreen, still using game capture mode, the problem should disappear. Some games play up like that.
