Question / Help Crazy FPS Drop in not very intensive games.

So, I recorded a video last night around 2 AM (Don't ask) and I was playing ROBLOX. Normally I get around 50-60 FPS on ROBLOX but I was down to 10-20 when game capture was showing ROBLOX in the preview. If I close OBS it goes back to normal.

I can provide test videos if you need them.
It might also be my graphics card but those are crazy FPS drops.
