Bug Report Crashing when trying to stream terraria

OBS keeps crashing whenever I start a stream while Terraria is running. At first I thought it was my graphics driver (it would frequently stall and restart when this happened) but then I fixed the issue and OBS continues to crash.

Try window capture instead.

Crash occured again in windowed mode. This time I got a more helpful error message though:

19:32:51: No Intel graphics adapter visible in QSVHelper.exe. Optimus problem?
19:32:51: Failed loading CUDA dll

That's not an error, it just means QSV and NVENC aren't available on your system.
