Question / Help Crashing when trying to remove audio filters.

And I have no idea why? I am on the latest version and would really appreciate some help, Thank you :)

I am having this very same issue. Has anyone discovered the issue that causes this and how to remove the filters. I am only using Compression and Noise Suppression Filters that came standard with OBS.
