Crashing when opening OBS

I have OBS installed, I also have and use OBSLive. Today I installed my gpu driver update and remove StreamFX plugin from obs, now I cant open OBS. I have Uninstalled EVERYTHING, rebooted and did a clean install. Its doing the same thing. I dont know whats wrong or what to do to get this working. I am using a fresh install .exe for everything too. Please help. I attached the crash log file

The crash is related to streamfx.
You didn't removed all the files. Ask in the plugin page for support on this. Same with se.live.
