Bug Report Crashing upon preview or start streaming

This happened after I changed the audio bitrate to 64 from 96. After stopping the stream and then starting it, I get this crash log. Happens with preview too. despite it being a kernalbase.dll error I dont expect to reinstall to fix this. Was hoping those of you may have suggestions aside from reformatting.

You should never have to reformat - the OBS settings are stored in %appdata%\obs -- you can remove them that way if you really need to reset all settings.

It also really shouldn't have had anything to do with the audio bitrate, doesn't particularly make sense.
