Question / Help CRASHING Problem please help! Crashing every 30 minutes.

I have been crashing with very low cpu usage (around 8%) I have never had this issue before. I have a ryzen 7 3700x as a CPU and I am not sure why this is occurring. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

x264 crashes usually indicate hardware issues such as an unstable overclock or bad memory. Check your motherboard BIOS is up to date as Ryzen CPUs sometimes have buggy microcode.

My CPU is overclocked to 4.4ghz (max turbo boost) for my cpu. Additionally I ran a memory diagnostic test and it came back negative. My motherboard has the latest bios version. Any other ideas what it could be? (all these parts are brand new and bought within the last month)

G.Skill Trident Neo 32gb 3600mhz Ram
RTX 2060
ASUS Tuf X-570 Motherboard
Silicon Power m.2 1TB

Shouldn’t I be able to overclock while streaming though? A ton of other streamers do without problems. Just not sure why this would affect my specific cpu. I believe you but is there anything else that could be affecting it?

Overclocking is by no means guaranteed, if you got really unlucky then your chip will run no faster than its rated speed.
