I have been using OBS for about a year and it has been amazing! I was really excited to get a blackmagic atem mini. To be able to use its software I had to upgrade to Catalina and after that everything went downhill (I use a MacBook Pro mid-2012).
Since I was changing the way I use OBS I started to delete all my scenes and sources. When I hit delete the last time OBS crashed and ever since it just won't open. I have tried deleting, uninstalling, re-installing, terminal workarounds found in this forum, opening from the disk image...everything I've found here and nothing at all works.
