Bug Report crashing on startup

After first installing I was able to use the app. The next time I went to started it, it crashed on start up. I re-installed and it fixed the problem, but now it is crashing on start-up again. Try to re-install but this time it didn't fix the problem.

found the fix on another thread. Used Terminal and pasted
Bash:
/Applications/OBS.app/Contents/MacOS/OBS; exit This fixed the problem

Still having the problem, it only fixed for one time and now it doesn't work again.
