Fresh installation of obs 28.0 on windows 10. Crashes on startup.

I'm not try to do anything fancy. I have installed no plugins.
This is what I have done thus far:
uninstalled and reinstalled obs by deleting "C:\Program Files\obs-studio"
updated my graphics drivers

ran:
first command
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

second command when first finished
sfc /scannow
as mentioned in : https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-crash-unhandled-exception-e06d7363.153921/

also crashes with obs 27.2

You're using version 28, wich isn't final release yet. It may have issues that needs to be reported on the specific thread for it.
Its use is to help testing and reporting bugs before the final release only.

I should have started with the fact that I experience the same crash on 27.2.4,
the crash logs for that are attached below
Update or clean reinstall your Intel GPU drivers
I am factory resetting my computer for spring cleaning, Ill try this out then

Alright, factory reset my computer and installed graphics drivers (and reset my computer). Still crashed

Then I preformed a clean GPU installation. Still crashed,

Here are the latest logs as written after the clean GPU installation:

Ok so I referenced this post:

Turns out I have to update my Nivida driver AND my intel integrated graphics driver (even tho I don't use the integrated graphics driver)

Crazy how that works.
