stream starts and runs fine for about 30/40 min, then crashes.
Question / Help crashing issue. Please help!

That appears to be a lib x264 crash. Those occur most-commonly in two instances:
First, unstable overclocks. The fix being to return to stock clocks, or stabilize the OC properly.
Second, older Ryzen-based systems which have a CPU microcode issue. The fix being to update/flash your motherboard's BIOS with the latest revision, which should contain a microcode patch.
