Crashing after 10-20 minutes of stream

Hi! Recently I have a serious problem with streaming. After 10-20 minutes the OBS crashes and I have to start it again. I reinstalled windows (of course windows 10 64 bit) but the problem remained. I have i5-4690 + 8 Gb ram. Temperature is 30-40 degrees. Processor is used only in 30-50%.
