Question / Help Crashes when you start streaming and can't add a game capture

When you start OBS everything looks as if it is working fine, but when you try to start streaming it crashes immediately. It also when you add a game capture all you get is a black screen. Display capture will work, but again OBS crashes when you try to stream it crashes.
