That´s a regular log, not a crash one
From that log:
1920x1080 60 FPS 2500 KBps Veryfast
14:20:45.314: Output 'simple_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 327 (66.6%)
14:20:45.314: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 194 (39.5%)
Rendering lag: CPU overloaded --> Rescale to 1280x720 30 FPS
And you also have major network issues -->

EDIT: Update OBS. You are using 0.16.6, a very old version.
