Crashes randomly while streaming

Using a dedicated streaming PC that captures my gaming rig through a capture card. Everything runs fine, CPU never goes above 40% while encoding but randomly OBS will crash. Sometimes 40 min in sometimes less than 20. No scene changes or anything. Only thing active is the video capture, a browser source for twitch alerts and a webcam. Logs attached. Any help would be awesome :)

You appear to be overclocking based on the error you're getting. You may need to turn that down.

Far as I know everything is stock. I havent done any manual overclocking. If it has its own boost feature maybe? You wouldn't by chance know how to turn that off?
