Crashes - Log

The crash is happening within the vertical canvas plugin. Make sure is updated and compatible with the OBS version you're using.

I uninstalled Vertical canvas completely and ran into the same problem.

then i reinstalled it after reading your comment - still same thing.

OBS keeps crashing after a while, not even streaming! just updating/moving from scene to scene causing the crash. No games running, minimal CPU usage (only running OBS)

You'd need to send an updated crash log, the others you have posted were both from the vertical canvas plugin. Send a current log along with the crash log.

CPU usage gets up to 80-100% at times, with it usually hovering around 30-60%

OBS Crashes (not streaming) just changing scenes from one to the other or just changing the settings or filters. basically just interacting OBS causes it to crash.
 
it keeps crashing no matter what i try. in the end the obs-browser-page overloads on Task Manager with excessive instances.

idk it might be the latest streamelements obs update?
