Question / Help Crashes after TAB Out

I get this crash whenever i ALT+TAB while streaming. Started to happen after the last windows update. It's so annoying.

That one doesn't show the issue. Try this:

Open OBS, trigger the crash (do everything you do normally, make sure the game is opened and capture, etc.), then immediately reopen OBS and do Help -> Log Files -> Upload Last Log and link here

btw i just realised that it crashes even when im not streaming.

Yes.

Turn that off, you shouldn't be using that. That's almost definitely the source of your crashing. That checkbox is for no-win scenarios on laptops with multiple GPUs, not a desktop PC.
