Question / Help Crashed, Need local file, way to manually build the file?

So my OBS" stopped working" and i really need that recording.
I have a file here that is around 600mbs, around the size they usually are for that period of time, so the data must be there, just the file is not working. I know after i stop recording, I always have to wait until the file is built.
I'm guessing that is the problem, and that the file is not "built" so that it can be viewed.
Is there a way to do this manually?

Thanks, Adam

You can try "bandifix" from bandicam suite, i used it few times to repair damaged files from bandicam and from cctv. I think it's free.
Be sure, however, to backup file before trying to restore it, some of software can ruin file completely.

this won't work for me because the file is .mp4 and not .avi

Care to upload it somewhere? I can try restoring it with ffmpeg then.
