Crashed Mid Stream. help!

I was just live and obs crashed of sorts, it appeared to be there but the video froze and my connection to YouTube dropped which ended my stream. This happened a few weeks ago as well. Can anyone help understanding the crash log file?

Win 11 pro, obs is up to date.. any help please?

It looks like this dll is the source > Fault address: 7FFF404EFB20 (c:\program files\obs-studio\obs-plugins\64bit\libcef.dll)

I use obs.ninja so all of guest on my stream are browser captures.. could it be anything else or 100% a browser source? is there a way to tell which one?
