indicates that OBS was unable to capture the game. This can be caused by windows updates, but could also be due to you using Display Capture which is the least efficient and reliable of the three options. What exactly are you trying to do? and why are your scenes essentially identical? If you can't use the OBS browser source to do whatever you're doing, you can go into Chrome's settings and disable hardware acceleration and you should be able to do window source from it then. Another issue might be the cameras. What camera are you using? And yes, your pc is bad and it might be due to reaching the hardware limitations as well.
