Tried all that, plus fresh reinstall. Still crashes.

Your crash seems to be caused by an issue deep in DirectShow, which is a Windows component that provides all the webcam functionality OBS uses. My suggestion would be disconnecting any physical webcams attached, and see if the issue still occurs. If it does, you may have some kind of poorly written virtual driver installed that's crashing when OBS tries to fetch basic information about it.

I'm having the same issue and can't find any threads anywhere, how could I fix this?
