Bug Report crash when stopping then starting stream

Found this issue the other day. It loads up and streams fine initially but if i stop it then try to start stream again, the bitrate is normal for about 3 seconds then drops to 0 and obs doesnt shut down properly to restart the application. Have to force close it through task manager
 
If you're streaming with audio track 2, move your audio to a different one. This is fixed in the next release.
